Williams Trading Launches New Sexual Health & Wellness Channel

PENNSAUKEN, N.J. — Williams Trading Co. has announced the launch of Williams Trading University (WTU) Sexual Health & Wellness, an all-new channel on the e-Learning platform.

Each course is researched and written by accredited sexperts like Dr. Sunny Rodgers and Dr. Jill McDevitt from CalExotics and sponsored by a leading manufacturer in the adult field in partnership with Williams Trading.

“The original WTU platform has certified over 150,000 completed courses with over 5,000 users," said Scott D., sales and marketing director. "This is the next natural step in supporting our dealers with enhanced health and wellness content.”

The new channel is accessible with a login, and like the traditional WTU courses, a completed course automatically enters the user into a prize drawing to win a gift from the sponsoring vendor.

“Having worked in the retail side of this industry, I see this channel as a tremendous asset to retailers to better help their customers,” says Rachel M, who has been coordinating the launch of the new channel. “Though sexual health and wellness shouldn’t be considered a ‘trend,’ there has been a significant rise in consumer interest in the subject."

A Dedicated Channel

Rodgers, who holds a PhD in human sexuality and is a Certified Sexual Health Educator, has been working closely with the Williams Trading team on this project. 

“Sharing sexual wellness and intimate health knowledge is what personally drives me as a person and educator,” said Rodgers. “When I was given the opportunity to join forces with the WTU team to form a channel dedicated to sexual wellness, I jumped at the chance.”

With an extensive background in the industry, Rodgers brings not just accredited content to the channel, but also a  familiarity with products from her years working with manufacturers.

“On my own journey in our industry, I've come to learn the importance of intimate wellness training in being able to connect with consumers to better help them and their private personal needs,” Rodgers added. “I believe the comprehensive course topics and in-depth education that the WTU Sexual Health Channel is providing will be extremely beneficial to retailers and their staff on a continual basis.”

Top Manufacturer Partnerships

The Sexual Health & Wellness channel has partnered with several top manufacturers to create content that retailers can watch on computers, tablets and both Android and iOS platforms. Each course features a quiz and downloadable additional resources, and many courses contain links to more educational content should retailers wish to learn more about topics. 

For the launch of this channel, participants can find courses by Aneros, Evolved Novelties, Cloud 9 Novelties and Nü Sensuelle already live, with additional courses from System JO, Wicked Sensual Care, CalExotics, Dame Products and Satisfyer going live within the next few months.
